DAMAGE: In the unlikely event that your item is damaged upon receipt you must contact us within 24 hours describing the damage along with pictures of the damage and the shipping box. You must keep all items including the shipping box until an insurance claim is submitted. If you fail to follow these instructions you will not receive a refund and/or replacement.
CANCELLATION POLICY: When an order is cancelled or modified, the buyer agrees to pay Dominion Caddy any cancellation fees which ETSY charges us. These fees must be paid via PayPal BEFORE the order will be shipped.

This was a present for my brother in law (sorry I forgot to take a picture while at his birthday). It's very beautiful and very well made. The delivery was fast and the art box was packed and insulated extremely well. When we get a picture, we'll update the review. A+ work.

I would definitely recommend this store. At first glance the price is highly elevated, BUT once I received product I found out why. Great quality. Worth every penny. I asked customer service about personalize this gift. They responded quickly to my request. Product shipped and received quickly.
